Rich D’Aloisio, President
A University of Arizona Wildcat with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Rich began his career at Texas Instruments. He earned his Professional Engineering License in Texas as well. While working at Marlow Industries, he was a contributing team member in winning the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.
Hired as Engineering Manager and then promoted to Engineering Director during his eleven years with Textron, Rich worked internationally. Setting up initial factory infrastructure, and implementing high-volume production lines for global OEM clients. While automation implementation for high volume manufacturing had plenty of learning and growth opportunities, there was something more that he wanted to contribute.
He had seen manufacturing companies struggle when overwhelmed with new work. He knew that they could use a contract engineering partner, and his passion was always for Design.
“It’s nice to have someone dependable to call for help. Someone that you can trust. That’s why I started InterLink. To create a working environment that appreciates and rewards engineers. But more importantly, provides a valuable service for the manufacturing sector. This has led me to our core service offering: Certified SolidWorks Professionals On-Demand.”
Since inception in 2004, InterLink Engineering has served well over 100 companies with design expertise. “No single approach is correct for every client, so we customize.” Helping manufacturers get things done by providing managed engineering resources targeted at design, development and implementation. “We are helping clients be more efficient.”
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Rich spent summers on the Niagara River water skiing and boating, but baseball was his main occupation as a kid, playing league ball from age 8 through varsity high school.
Rich D’Aloisio is the founder and President of InterLink Engineering. As President and CFO, he defines direction, strategy and monitors financial performance.
