We offer CAD modeling, prototyping, analysis, engineering drawings, and fixture/tool design services at a professional level. We’ve worked in the manufacturing industry, and we know how to optimize designs for the best manufacturing results.
What CAD platform do you use?
SolidWorks; current annual release. We are backward compatible if you have data in an older version.

It’s On-Demand, so it is available when and as needed. The value is that you only pay for what you need when you need it.
Has COVID affected your ability to deliver?
Several of our team members started working remotely three years ago. Being a progressive company, we saw that as an opportunity to provide increased employee benefits. Now having a remote workforce is of interest to many companies. While we could not have anticipated the pandemic, we didn’t skip a beat when it happened. We did have a decrease in business in 2020, but have maintained our core engineering talent. If anything, COVID has strengthened us in terms of delivering quality work on schedule.
One thing that has changed though, and that’s the availability of talent. It is becoming harder to locate qualified designers. That may be a reason enough to try our services. We provide free consultations to determine if there is a fit. So, no risk to find out. Then, when the inevitable crunch comes, you’ll be ready.
How is the business end of things done?
Clients typically keep us on a retainer to be available whenever needed. Your finance department will contact us to initiate setting up InterLink as a supplier. This step can take anywhere from a few days to a few months. We will respond rapidly to all requests. This is one more reason to contact us to set up a brief discussion to see if we can help you. Now. Not later, when it becomes urgent.
How is the retainer managed?
Very much like an escrow account. Anything not used is available to be refunded, should the need arise. Keeping InterLink on a retainer for the times that you do need extra support helps in several ways. First, all of the business paperwork between our company and yours is already in place. A PO can be issued, invoices received, etc. Basically, we can do business together when we need to. All that you need to do is make a phone call, and help shows up.
